| Ahmet Savaşan, President of the Health Tourism Council, published a message on the 5th anniversary of the death of Rauf Raif Denktaş, the Founding President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. In the message, it was emphasized that the struggle of Denktaş, the leader and statesman accepted by the world, who devoted his life to the struggle for the existence of the Turkish Cypriot people, for his people and state, is understood more and more every day. In the same message, it was emphasized that Denktaş, who defended the cause of equality and freedom of the Turkish Cypriot People with a true unity of heart with Turkey, paying great prices until the last moment of his life without getting bored, will always have a precious place in history with his appreciated statesmanship. The message emphasized that the just cause of the Turkish Cypriot People, Dr. Fazıl Küçük and Rauf R. Denktaş should be a guide in achieving a just, comprehensive and sustainable solution on the island and becoming a real tourism island by dominating peace and stability in the region, and stated that we remember the late Denktaş with deep sorrow and bow respectfully in front of his cherished memory.
